All orders are processed within 1-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on
weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please
allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your

Shipping Locations

Our manufacturers are based in USA, UK, Canada & China.  Although our company is based in the US, our manufacturing partners are located across the globe.  Depending on which item you purchase, your items may be shipped from USA/Canada, China, or United Kingdom (or other regions), however the average production and shipping times will remain unchanged.

Return Policy

It’s our priority to make sure you receive your merchandise without any flaws.

This is why we proudly offer our 100% 30 Day Guarantee! In the event your product or your customers product is damaged or defective, BJORLIE will need to contact our manufacturer by submitting a “Return Request”. You must contact BJORLIE within thirty (30) days of receipt of the damaged or defective product and you must provide reasonable proof to us of such damage or defect caused by us.

BJORLIE will promptly review your correspondence in order to determine whether such damage or defect warrants a new product sent to you at no additional cost. BJORLIE will inform you of its decision to approve or deny your request for a new product along with an explanation of its decision.

BJORLIE will not honor defect requests which are attributed to customer submitted design flaws, which may include: custom spelling, grammatical, font, design, or appearance errors, if such errors are attributed to your submitted creation, design or customization.

We strongly encourage all customers to review our sizing charts before orders are placed to ensure our sizing meets your product requirements.

Whether your merchandise has been damaged in transit or a design flaw was produced, we are committed to providing solutions and making it right for you. Our in-house Customer Experience team is fully equipped to process your return request quickly and efficiently so you spend less time waiting, and more time enjoying our products.

In the event your product is damaged or defective, please submit a Return Request within thirty (30) days of delivery of the damaged or defective product and you must provide reasonable proof to us of such damage or defect. BJORLIE will inform you of our decision to approve or deny your request with an explanation of its decision.

If you would like to return based on customer remorse (size, changed mind, etc.) the customer is responsible for the shipping/handling cost associated with the item return.

 

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Why can’t I ship to a PO Box?

We suggest using an alternative address such as your business address to ship to instead.

Reason one:

PO boxes typically are not large enough for packages, therefore the package would be shipped back to us and the package would risk being disposed by the carrier if shipped back.

Reason two:

Since we are an international company, our private shipping carriers are not able to deliver to PO Boxes. Only USPS is allowed to deliver, which we currently do not use as a carrier.

Why is my package held at customs?

The package sent to the destination country can be held by officials when imported into that country for a variety of reasons.

When a package is passed through customs, the clearance process is contingent upon many factors including the customs destination country it’s inspected by. Please refer to your countries Custom Border Protection for exact regulations. You may use the information below for general guidelines:

  • On average, packages may be held at customs for up to 72 hours. In rare occurrences, packages can be held up to 30-45 days.
  • Reasons a package may be held at customs include but not limited to a physical inspection of the merchandise, possible trademark violation, formal entry is required, outstanding taxes, or inadequate paperwork.
  • If packages are not able to pass clearance, packages will be shipped back to the shipper,  and assessed for reshipment. On average, it can take 10 days to receive the package.
  • If packages are cleared for reshipment and at no fault of the receiver, BJORLIE will immediately upgrade shipping to Express and reship free of charge.

Our manufacturer works directly with the carrier to clear the merchandise through Custom Boarder Protection in that designated country and will inform you of all communication and tracking of your merchandise.

 

What if I haven’t received my package?

Lost, Stolen or Undelivered Packages

Important! Undelivered packages caused by you/your customers because of an incomplete address, BJORLIE will not be able to refund or reprint. Please make sure before submitting an order all information is accurate and complete. For orders with the correct shipping address, the following applies:

International Shipping

If you have not received your package within 25 days of the shipped date or you believe it has been lost or stolen, you may call the shipping carrier directly as the customer or please notify BJORLIE within 25 days of the shipped date.  We will refund or reprint free of charge and file a claim on your behalf. If you have not inquired with BJORLIE about a missed, lost, stolen or undelivered package within 25 days of the ship date, BJORLIE will not be able to refund orders who select Express or Premium.

Standard US Domestic Shipping

Undelivered Packages

If you have not received your package within 30 days of the shipping date, please notify BJORLIE. Our manufacturer will file a claim on your behalf with the carrier and will issue a reprint free of charge with the same shipping method. If you have not inquired with BJORLIE about an undelivered package within 30 days of the ship date, Our manufacturer will not be able to refund orders.

The following exceptions apply:

  • During the 30 day period, your delivery times include national holiday’s which can delay the delivery date by additional days or an extended holiday (including Chinese New Year) which can delay the delivery date but with proper notification before submitting an order.
  • If it is an undelivered package which is caused by you/your customers incomplete address, BJORLIE will not be able to refund orders or reprint. Packages will not be rerouted to Kin Custom and may be disposed by the carrier which BJORLIE is not at fault for.
  • US territories or an APO address shipping can range from 3-20 days or longer in some rare cases. Please contact support@bjorlie.net for status after 30 days.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If you have not received your package and you believe it has been lost or stolen, please call your local shipping facility or contact BJORLIE within 20 days of the shipped date. Our manufacturer will file a claim on your behalf with the carrier and will issue a reprint free of charge with the same shipping method. If you have not inquired with BJORLIE about lost or stolen package within 20 days of the ship date, our manufacturer will not be able to refund orders.

The following exceptions apply:

  • During the 20 day period, your delivery times include national holiday’s which can delay the delivery date by additional days or an extended holiday (including Chinese New Year) which can delay the delivery date but with proper notification before submitting an order.
  • If it is an undelivered package which is caused by you/your customers incomplete address, BJORLIE will not be able to refund orders or reprint. Packages will not be rerouted to BJORLIE and may be disposed by the carrier which BJORLIE is not at fault for.
